When Chinese Cresteds became an AKC breed in 1991 I knew that the huge breeding would start and I should stay away as every breed has their evolution. Fast forward to 2005, I obtained a beautiful puppy ‘Crystal’ from Pam Litz of N’Co here in the States. Crystal is quite versatile, she goes boating and swimming with us, she goes to pointing breed field events & tracking tests, she is the ultimate field dog in fact - retrieves quail and loves to retrieve dead fish from the lakeshore .... What a dog! This girl is quite beautiful and we have had some of the nicest compliments from show judges about her. Aside from her many Best Of Breed wins and Group placements, Crystal is a complete joy to have around. Turns out she is also a great mom and her first litter in November 2007 she gave birth to 4 beautiful babies.
